知唔知除咗便利店之外，有咩都係24X7咁運作呢？⏰

答案就係「照顧者」啦。

返工都有得放下假，但照顧者分分鐘要全天候照顧有唔同需要嘅家人或親友。有時照顧者自己都會面對好大嘅壓力😮‍💨，甚至出現各種精神同身體上嘅狀況。

有見及此，聖雅各福群會精靈寶庫會喺24/7/2024(三)舉辦「粒米-Lovmee」感謝日，為「照顧者」預備咗一系列工作坊，喺百忙中紓解一下壓力，放鬆身心。同日亦設「照顧者打氣角」，比公眾人士即場參與。詳情可以參閱活動海報。
